Management team

Graduating as a mechanical engineer in 1980, Gheorghe worked during the communist period in various institutions (agriculture, mines, car service), as an engineer, chief engineer and director. Since 1992 Gheorghe has worked as a shareholder and CEO in the E van Wijk group of companies. Since 2019, he has been a shareholder in, and CEO of, TH Trucks Romania.

After obtaining a university degree, Sergei joined the family DAF dealer business in Minsk. In 2012, upon the creation, he became a Shareholder and Member of the Board of TH Trucks Belarus (TurbotrucksBel JLLC). Sergei has over 20 years’ experience in truck sales, service and parts.

Georgi has graduated from the University in Sofia with a Master’s degree in Trade and later on specialized in Business Administration and Management at the Universiteit Limburg Diepenbeek. Georgi started his career as a specialist of International Trade, before joining TH Trucks Bulgaria in 1998 as a sales representative. Georgi is the Managing Director of TH Trucks Bulgaria since 2014.

Kristof graduated as Civil Engineer from the university of Leuven (Belgium) in 1993 and started his career as technical support engineer for Mitsubishi Engineering Plastics. In 1999 Kristof moved to Vitalo Packaging of which he eventually became MD, before joining the Renson Group, where he was Managing Director of 2 divisions. In 2015 Kristof joined TH Group as Managing Director for the business units TH Parts and TH Turbos.

Bart obtained his master in commercial sciences & business management in 1996 and started his career in international sales. Bart joined TH Group in 2000 as Sales Director, but left TH to become CEO of MAN Nutzfahrzeuge Belux in 2008. 3 years later, in 2011, Bart rejoined TH Group as General Manager of TH Trucks Belgium & France. At present, Bart is General Manager for TH Trucks France

Serge started his career in Russia as a correspondent journalist for Belgian television and set up an independent business importing used trucks. Since the start of the TH Group in 2006, Serge has been managing the Russian division of TH Group.

Armed with qualifications in accounting, Peter began his career as an auditor and went on to hold various senior financial positions at Kinepolis (2001-2005), Punch International and Xeikon (2005-2010). He has been CFO of the TH Group since 2010.

After obtaining a master in economics with distinction in 1984, Piet held various management positions in Paribas Bank before joining TH Group in 1992 as CFO. Piet is CEO of the TH Group since 2006.
