How can I report a warranty claim?

Answer : 

To send back a part with a claim for warranty, you should download the warranty form and mail it to THParts.Aftersales@th-group.eu. You will receive a return confirmation with which the article can be picked up or delivered to Turbo's Hoet Parts.

How can I return a part?

Answer :

You should get the approval of your sales manager before returning a part.  Once you got this approval, send the part back to us, together with the filled-out return form. (RE-number obligatory)

What are the conditions to return a part?

Answer:

Parts can only be returned in their original package within a period of 30 days.  A part showing signs of having been assembled will not be accepted.
